Base

25” 5-star black nylon dome base. Fitted with 5 black castors.

Castors

5 black nylon castors 38mm in diameter. Glides available as an alternative on request.

Gas Lift

Black, contract standard, 20 stone rated 9” gas lift.

Mechanism

Heavy-duty contract 2-lever mechanism to adjust seat height and combined back rake.

Seat and Back

Plywood seat with Cold Cure Moulded Seat Foam and 2” CMHR30 Back Foam. Seat and back upholstered a BS5852 Crib 5 Flammability rated fabric or vinyl. Specific information on each fabric and vinyl available upon request. Back fitted with black nylon cover.

Back Bar

Chromed steel. This joins the back to the seat and the mechanism. Fitted with a black plastic handwheel to adjust back height.

Optional Extras

· Adjustable arms: Fully height adjustable steel and polypropylene arms with soft polyurethane arm pads.

· Ring arms: A solid, static arm, manufactured from high quality polyurethane.

· Seat tilt: A seat tilt allows the user to tilt the chair into a comfortable position. Manufactured in steel and polyurethane.

· Lumbar adjustment: Lumbar support systems are designed to assist you in achieving an anatomically correct seating posture.

· Seat slide: Allows the seat to be moved forward from the back rest to give tall users more support.

Warranties

All our chairs are fitted with a 20 stone rated gas lift and base. A five-year warranty from the date of delivery applies to all our chairs while used under normal conditions and during a conventional working day. If the chairs are used in a shift or 24/7 working environment the warranty is two years from date of delivery.

Fabric: BS EN 1021:1 & 2. They also conform to CRIB 5 Medium Hazard, BS 7176 fire regulations.
